This Privacy Policy describes how The Same Sun ("The Same Sun," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit [thesamesun.com] (the "Site"), and explains the privacy rights available to you, including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA").

This policy covers our marketing website only. Our software products, including SLABB, are governed by separate privacy terms and data processing agreements provided to customers of those products.
