Cole Jeanes Co-Founder
Cole Jeanes is a Memphis-based chef, restaurateur, and creative operator known for blending Southern foodways with modern technique, storytelling, and hospitality. He is the founder and partner behind concepts including Kinfolk, Hard Times Deli, Gussied Up, Chicken Fried Palace, and Etowah Collective, as well as co-founder of The Same Sun Hospitality.
Over the years, Cole has founded, operated, and consulted on multiple hospitality projects spanning restaurants, events, culinary media, and hospitality technology. His work combines thoughtful branding, operational systems, and community-driven experiences, including the development of SLABB and other tools focused on helping operators build and run better businesses.
At the center of his work is a belief that hospitality is about creating meaningful experiences that bring people together.
